The story

LeagueHero started from a simple frustration: managing a youth sports league shouldn't require a spreadsheet PhD. Between tracking field availability, coordinating game times with opposing coaches, and handling last-minute booking changes, league admins were spending more time on logistics than on the kids.

We built LeagueHero to be the scheduling platform we wished existed — one that's simple enough for a volunteer parent to pick up in minutes, but powerful enough to handle the real complexity of running a multi-league, multi-field organization.
