Terms of Service

LeagueHero provides web-based software for youth sports league management, scheduling, communication, and related administrative functions (the “Services”).

LeagueHero provides services to organizations. Organizations control the information entered into the system and are responsible for their use of the Services.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

LeagueHero offers monthly and annual subscription plans.

LeagueHero may offer free trial periods. Trial terms may vary.

If a payment method is required at trial signup, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled prior to the trial expiration date.

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe to process payments in accordance with its terms.

LeagueHero does not store full payment card information.

If your organization enables payment functionality:

• Payments are processed through Stripe or similar providers
• Your organization may be required to create or connect a Stripe account
• Your organization is the merchant of record for transactions processed on its behalf
• LeagueHero is not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter
• LeagueHero may collect platform fees associated with payment processing

Stripe's terms of service apply to payment transactions.

LeagueHero retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property.

Organizations retain ownership of the data they enter into the Services.

LeagueHero may use anonymized and aggregated data derived from use of the Services to improve functionality, develop new features, and analyze usage patterns. LeagueHero will not sell or disclose identifiable organization data without consent.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Services without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with system integrity or security
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Services in a manner that infringes the rights of others

LeagueHero may suspend accounts for violations.

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Organizations are responsible for obtaining necessary parental or guardian consent for youth participants where required by law.

Organizations are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data entered into the Services.

LeagueHero provides tools to assist with scheduling, communication, and league operations.

Organizations are responsible for reviewing and confirming schedules, communications, and data entered into the system. LeagueHero is not responsible for errors resulting from user input or organizational decisions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

LeagueHero may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Access to Services will cease
• LeagueHero may retain data for a reasonable period for backup, compliance, or operational purposes, after which it may be deleted or anonymized

LeagueHero may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.

LeagueHero will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain reliable operation of the Services; however, uninterrupted or error-free performance cannot be guaranteed.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

LeagueHero makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

LeagueHero's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the organization to LeagueHero during the 12 months preceding the claim.

LeagueHero shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeagueHero from claims arising out of:

• Your organization's use of the Services
• Data entered into the platform
• Violations of applicable laws
• Payment disputes related to transactions processed on your behalf

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Illinois in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Each party waives the right to participate in class actions.

Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

LeagueHero may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
